SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
We always aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Items in stock are dispatched within 1 -2 working days and usually have a transit time of another 1-2 days. In the event of any delay we will contact you. If after 5 days you have not received your order, please give us a call.
If you’re located in the highlands or islands, your order may take longer to be delivered.
We part build complete bikes before dispatch. We can usually get this done promptly, but sometimes are workshop is very busy. Please make an extra time allowance for us to get your new bike ready for you!
We charge £5 shipping for orders with a value of less than £50.
Orders over £50 are eligable for free shipping.
Buy with confidence through PayPal. All major cards are accepted, even if you don’t have an account.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- For a warranty claim the goods must be returned within the warranty period.
- Goods must be accompanied with a completed RETURNS FORM.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must be complete – even if broken.
- Goods must not be fitted or used.
- Goods must be clean.
BEFORE RETURNING GOODS
Bikes ordered in the wrong size or incorrectly
All products purchased from Botley MTB have a full warranty of 1 year. Some manufacturers offer extended warranty.
Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects – not damage caused by wear and tear, crashing or abuse. If the product you purchased has developed a fault not due to the above, please contact us first before returning as many problems can be solved without you incurring postage.
Package your bike carefully – by law the customer is responsible for returning goods in good order. We can then arrange any necessary refunds or exchanges. You must make sure the bike is packaged correctly. Please take care when doing this. Please call us first before returning a bike as we can advise on the best way to return.
We only refund postage on goods that are warranty items from the manufacturer, or if we send out the wrong item. All other postage costs are the customers responsibility.
