We are a rider owned, independent bike shop located in Botley High Street, near Southampton. We specialise in mountain bikes and e-bikes, stocking brands including Orange, Transition, Pivot, Thok, Moustache and Forme. If you’re not sure exactly what you need, our team are here to assist you. We have a range of demo bikes available to ride as well as e-bikes to hire.
We carry an extensive range of components, cleaning products, mountain bike clothing, helmets and protection.
Our workshop is here to help with all your bike maintenance and servicing needs. We aim to provide a high standard of work with your bike returned to you as quickly as possible so you can get back on the trails. Appointments not necessary, please just drop your bike in and we will take a look.

Repairs, servicing and upgrades
We service all bike types, specialising in mountain bikes and electric bikes (e-bikes). If you’re an e-bike owner, you’ll be pleased to know our in house mechanics are Bosch and Shimano certified. As a Muc-Off abassador store, all services use high quality cleaning and lubrication products. Furthermore, our Muc-Off eco parts washer keeps your bike looking it’s best and extends the lifespan of the drivetrain components. This premium process is included within our Gold Service or available separately.
We offer a free collection and return service for silver and gold services (up to an 8 mile radius from our location).

Electric Bike Hire
We offer electric bike hire on a full range to suit all types and styles of riding. Prices start from as little as £50 per day (includes helmet hire) .
If you’re thinking about buying an e-Bike, this is a great way to try one before you buy! We know electric bikes are a big investment and it’s important you choose the one that is right for you. Equally, you might just want to join your friends who already have one!
All our e-Bikes are checked and fully charged with an average of 20-25 miles per battery cycle depending on terrain, rider style and weight (with up to 50 miles on the Dutch style bikes). Local collection and delivery is also available (subject to terms).

Coffee & refreshments
We offer a selection of hot and cold drinks, plus various snacks. This is available throughout the week whether you are browsing in the shop, dropping your bike in for a service or just passing by. On Saturdays, our takeaway window is also open and makes an ideal drinks stop for passing cyclists.
Our menu includes tea, hot chocolate, a selection of coffees, chilled soft drinks plus snacks such as cakes, cookies and shortbread.
